What is a Life Coach?

A Life Coach is there to assist you on your path of self-discovery.

They are there to help you navigate the many challenges of life’s journey and to identify which road(s) you want to take.

They help highlight your strengths and overcome obstacles that are keeping you from bringing the best version of you to the table each day.

-Every person’s Life Coaching experience is extremely personal and no two are the same.-

What does my journey with my Project Feel Good Life Coach look like?

Maybe it is like having a big sister? You get someone on your side to listen, have an outside perspective, work through your challenges, and celebrate your successes. 

Maybe it is like writing in your journal? You get to unload all of the things inside of you and a Coach can help organize and see through the clutter to the next step.

Every one of my Coaching sessions is catered to each individual’s needs for that day.

You do not have to know what you want walking into a session. When you are struggling to find your words, emotions, needs, or wants we can work together to help you find all of that.

All of your Life Coaching sessions with Project Feel Good are with me one-on-one. We meet on the phone; no distractions, fewer screens, no need to look nice or have a clean room. Just show up as you are.

All sessions are in English….for now.

All I ask from you is honesty. Be honest with me and with yourself and we will find you that Good Feeling!

We talk, I listen, and together we collaborate on starting to figure out what’s next for you.

-You decide the destination and I walk with you in the dark.-

What’s the difference between a therapist and a Life Coach?

The major difference between therapy and life coaching is the focus of the work: therapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing, while Life Coaching focuses on setting and achieving goals.

A Life Coach helps you create a plan with action steps to help you move towards your desired future state.

The work of a therapist and a Life Coach is different yet it is totally okay to seek out the help of both professionals on your journey.

-Whether it is in the beginning of your career, the end of your life, or the beginning of a new one, a Coach can be like a lighthouse.-

My goal as a Life Coach is to help you make real and lasting changes to your life that bring you towards happiness.  

As an Expat and as a Personal Trainer, I also offer specialized services surrounding these areas of my expertise.
